The door has been realigned however even with the door open the key won t turn in the lock.

The first thing to do is to inspect your door to see if you can trace where the leak is coming from.
All anglian doors are fitted to a top quality standard.
I can see two small slits in it which suggests it should.
A should water drain out of the seating if it fills.
However in some instances the top corner of the door is the true culprit.
I suggest you check where the drain holes in the door are in relation to the sealing strip on the front of the threshold.
